Genzine – Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Genzine, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders will be confirmed after successful verification via WhatsApp or call.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Delivery

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

  • A flat delivery fee of Rs. 150 applies to all orders.

  • For exchange shipments, an additional Rs. 200 delivery fee will be charged.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

  • No returns are accepted unless there is a valid issue with the product (damaged, defective, or incorrect item received).

  • Issues must be reported within 4 days of receiving the parcel.

  • Customers must provide proof (clear photos or videos) via WhatsApp at 0347-0057622 before an exchange is approved.

  • If approved, an exchange will be arranged. No refunds will be issued.

  • Return requests beyond 4 days will not be entertained under any circumstances.

4. Product Condition

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

  • We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the product shows signs of use or tampering.

5. Product Responsibility Disclaimer

  • At Genzine , we strive to provide high-quality products. However, customers are responsible for using the products according to the instructions and guidelines provided.

  • Genzine is not liable for any harm, injury, or damage caused by improper use, misuse, or handling of the products purchased from us.

  • Customers assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of our products.

  • We recommend carefully reading all instructions, warnings, and safety information before use.

6. Customer Responsibility
