Genzine – Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Genzine, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Orders will be confirmed after successful verification via WhatsApp or call.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Delivery

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

A flat delivery fee of Rs. 150 applies to all orders.

For exchange shipments, an additional Rs. 200 delivery fee will be charged.
3. Return & Exchange Policy

No returns are accepted unless there is a valid issue with the product (damaged, defective, or incorrect item received).

Issues must be reported within 4 days of receiving the parcel.

Customers must provide proof (clear photos or videos) via WhatsApp at 0347-0057622 before an exchange is approved.

If approved, an exchange will be arranged. No refunds will be issued.

Return requests beyond 4 days will not be entertained under any circumstances.
4. Product Condition

Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the product shows signs of use or tampering.
5. Product Responsibility Disclaimer
