Genzine Return & Exchange Policy

At Genzine, we value our customers and aim to provide the best service. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange:

• Return Policy:
  We do not accept returns unless there is a genuine issue with the product (e.g., damage, defect, or wrong item received). No return requests will be entertained after 4 days of receiving the parcel.

• Report Issues Promptly:
  If you face any issue, you must report it within 4 days of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp at: 0347--0057622
  

• Proof Required:
  Customers must send clear proof (photos or videos) of the issue before an exchange is approved.

• Exchange Process:
  Once the issue is verified, an exchange will be processed. Please note:

  • A delivery fee of Rs. 200 will be charged to the customer for the exchange shipment.
