Return Policy:
We do not accept returns unless there is a genuine issue with the product (e.g., damage, defect, or wrong item received). No return requests will be entertained after 4 days of receiving the parcel. -
Report Issues Promptly:

Proof Required:
Customers must send clear proof (photos or videos) of the issue before an exchange is approved. -
Exchange Process:
Once the issue is verified, an exchange will be processed. Please note:-
A delivery fee of Rs. 200 will be charged to the customer for the exchange shipment.
