🔹 1. How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website or social media pages. Once you confirm your product, we’ll contact you on WhatsApp to verify the order.
🔹 2. How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations are not accepted.
🔹 3. What is your delivery time?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
🔹 4. What are the delivery charges?
We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 150 on all orders.
🔹 5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns unless there is a valid issue with the product (damaged, defective, or wrong item received).
If there's an issue, you must inform us within 4 days of receiving the parcel and share proof via WhatsApp at 03470057622
🔹 6. Is there a fee for exchanges?
Yes, if your exchange is approved, a delivery fee of Rs. 200 will be charged for the new shipment.
🔹 7. How do I report a product issue?
Contact us via WhatsApp at 0347-0057622 within 4 days of receiving your parcel. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
🔹 8. What if I received the wrong item?
We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please send us a photo of the incorrect item within 4 days on WhatsApp, and we’ll arrange an exchange.
🔹 9. Do you offer refunds?
No, we currently do not offer refunds. Approved issues will be handled through exchange only.
🔹 10. Is Genzine responsible if a product causes harm?
No. All products are used at the customer’s own responsibility. We are not liable for any harm or damage resulting from misuse.
